Construction at The Courtyard at Delta, the area’s newest assisted living and memory care community, is well underway at 350 South Marketplace Blvd. in Lansing, Michigan.
The Courtyard will feature 53 brand-new, larger-than-most one-bedroom and studio assisted living apartment homes, as well as 32 memory care apartment homes, offering around-the-clock caregiving assistance, a robust activity program, dining, housekeeping, and scheduled transportation services.
In preparation for welcoming residents in early 2025, The Courtyard’s temporary information center is now open at 635 East Saginaw Highway in Grand Ledge. Older adults and their family members are encouraged to plan for the near future by attending one of two upcoming educational programs about the various care options available to seniors over a complimentary luncheon or dinner and an informal Q and A on Tuesday, May 21 at 11:30a.m. or Wednesday, May 29 at 5:30 p.m. Seating is limited so RSVP online at thecourtyardatdelta.com/.

As the community’s name implies, The Courtyard at Delta’s private residences and amenities surround two beautiful and expansive courtyard gardens with access to walking paths and seating areas, so residents and their guests are always close to the great outdoors. These signature, al fresco focal points will be designed and landscaped by Lansing’s own Horrock’s Nursery Farms.
Expanding upon the natural views, The Courtyard at Delta’s interior designer, Judy Biberian of JRI Interior Design, says, “The color palette of the interiors complements the warm greens of nature that will be found throughout the courtyards, with accents of blues, warm golds, and rusts.” In addition to preserving continuity with nature, the interior design team planned intentional, well-integrated variety and bold color choices that work together to balance functional needs and the comforts of home into the community’s aesthetic.
