We are excited to welcome Joseph Marlow as the NEW Administrator at The Courtyard at Delta.
Joseph Marlow, a fourth-generation Michigander originally from Carson City, started his senior living career as a certified nursing assistant caregiver and now offers over 20 years of experience in independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
Of his career in eldercare, Joseph explains, “I spent most of my childhood with my grandparents, and I’ve always enjoyed being around seniors,” says Joseph. “I love listening to their stories and bringing smiles to their faces.”
From the new assisted living and memory care community’s open courtyards, gracious amenities, and larger-than-most apartment homes to the interior design and landscaping finishing touches, Joseph looks forward to showing off the community’s modern charm to prospective residents, their families, and the first Founders Club members.

As the construction and design team puts the finishing touches on the new development, Joseph appreciates how beautifully everything is coming together.
“I think residents and their families will appreciate the natural light, gracious décor, and spacious rooms,” says Joseph. “And I know they will also take comfort in knowing their loved ones will be well taken care of by the amazing team we are putting together.”
